Plantar fasciitis was diagnosed in 1% of Americans last year, so if your feet are in constant pain, you’re not alone.

Millions of other people suffer from foot pain every day.

And a lot of people are finding that BLITZU socks can help. These socks have been designed with plantar fasciitis in mind, so they can help with mild cases of plantar fasciitis where surgery has not been recommended yet.

Can BLITZU socks really help?

BLITZU Socks are Designed to Stop Foot Pain

BLITZU has designed their socks to offer a convenient, comfortable way to stop all forms of foot pain. These socks follow compression sock technology fundamentals, ensuring that the socks compress the foot to provide support, relieve swelling and inflammation and also relieve pain.

I really like that these socks don’t look like compression socks or sleeves.

They’re offered in eight unique colors, so you’ll find socks for every clothing style and preference.

And for me, I don’t want to wear a compression stocking that looks like I just walked out of the hospital.

BLITZU offers a great style, and the manufacturer claims that the socks have been designed for people with pain in their:

  • Feet
  • Ankles
  • Joints
  • Leg muscles
  • Heels

Anywhere on your foot that has pain, BLITZU socks can help. Offering a one-of-a-kind compression sock, these socks are different thanks to the use of kinesiology taping. This form of taping has been combined with compression fabric to add support to the foot.

How BLITZU Socks Work

BLITZU socks slip right on your feet, and they’re very comfortable. Soft and stylish, these socks use compression therapy technology to help alleviate aches and pains in your feet. The kinesiology taping, along with performance compression technology, allows the socks to adhere to the practices of:

  • Massage therapy
  • Stretch therapy
  • Reflexology
  • Fascial meridians

When active, the compression and kinesiology fabric provide the compression and support needed to prevent injuries and stop the progression of current injuries.

Designed for everyday use, these socks will put a little “pep” to your step. Your feet will feel energized, and the open toe split allows you to wear BLITZU socks with or without a traditional pair of socks.

The design allows the BLITZU to be thin enough that they can be worn with traditional socks without being uncomfortable.

These socks offer:

  • Enhanced foot support so that you can better focus on your daily activities
  • Prevention of joint and foot pain with a focus on the foot and ankle
  • Instant relief from the most common foot problems
  • Reduction of injury risks
  • Improvement in performance by keeping your muscles in place and reducing fatigue
  • Faster recovery thanks to an increase in circulation and reduction in swelling

And these socks work to an extent. I am not sure if they really help with the recovery process or if they’re able to reduce injuries completely, but they definitely work as a great ankle pain remedy.

They’re not an orthotic or a brace, so making claims that they will help reduce injuries is a bold one. With that said, pain relief is often felt within just a day or two when wearing BLITZU socks.

There are some wearers that claim that they felt pain relief in as little as a few minutes of wear.

It really depends on why the pain is occurring in your foot in the first place. But compared to your normal socks, these compression socks will work wonders. Sizing will be the biggest issue, and this is something that I am going to cover in-depth below.

The Good

BLITZU is a great compression sock, and a lot of people are able to find relief from the pain they’re suffering from with plantar fasciitis. It takes a few days for the pain to subside, but within two or three days, even people that have missed sports practice because of the pain in their feet are back at practice.

I found the compression to be superb, and the sock really hugs the feet.

It’s a great feeling knowing that your feet are more stable and secure overall. Over time, these socks are able to provide pain relief for plantar fasciitis.

Foot pain is lowered, and the socks do fit snug, and some users complain that the tightness level is too much for them to deal with.

The Bad

BLITZU socks are tight, and for some users, the tightness is enough to take the sock off in the middle of the night because it starts causing the person pain. The sizing seems off for some users, and others have had their pinky toe covered because one portion of the sock was too long for them.

This is really the main issue – the tightness of the sock will lead to foot pain.

Large size ranges are also lacking, so a lot of wearers are left without a comfortable fitting sock no matter what size they choose.

Quality is also a concern, and perhaps this is because the socks are so tight. The threads start to come apart with some of the socks, and the socks will start to look worn rather fast, especially if you live an active lifestyle. However, if you are looking for socks focused for sports and movement, you might want to try PowerLix Compression Socks. For the price, this shouldn’t be much of a concern.

BLITZU socks are designed as plantar fasciitis socks, but they’re not as good as we hoped. In fact, we rate these socks just an 84% out of a 100%, so they’re not terrible, but they’re not as good as other socks. If you want the absolute best, read our Kompress Kinetic reviews.

The main problem with BLITZU is the sizing.

Intense compression is provided to the point that it actually hurts the wearer’s feet. And if it wasn’t for this, I might be rating the BLITZU socks more highly.

Rating: 84%

Again, we’re not saying that BLITZU socks are bad, but there are others that we would pick before them.

If plantar fasciitis is the source of your foot pain, these socks can definitely help. But if you’re suffering from a variety of issues, you may want to try Kompress Kinetic or another pair that we’ve reviewed.
